As our couriers deliver door to door, please make sure someone is at home at the day of
delivery as a signature may be required by the recipient. If you believe that the recipient will not be at home you can choose to have the parcel left at the door.

If the recipient is not at home and when a signature is required they will receive a card from our courier company inviting the recipient to contact the courier company immediately so a redelivery can be arranged. A second delivery attempt (dependening on the destination) is usually free. Successive redelivery attempts are charged to us and passed on to the customer.

Failure by the receiver to contact the courier company, when a "we missed you card" has been ignored may damage the quality of the chocolates.


If you opted for payment via PayPal and you have a PayPal account you should receive a payment confirmation from PayPal within a few minutes. If this is not the case and you selected PayPal without having set up an account with them we will not be able to execute your order.
