Order statuses are send out to you from acceptance to delivery of your purchase. Please monitor these statuses

When you place your order you need to provide us with your name and full address details followed with the complete delivery details.

Please refrain from providing us the delivery address only as we might need to contact the sender if something is not entirely clear.

Choose your delivery method wisely: For next business day delivery, we need to receive your order by 15:30 on the business day prior to the delivery day. Our overnight next business day delivery service is limited to the boundaries of courier networks but does cover all metropolitan areas and most country areas.

 On most times we accept orders up to 15:30 for next business day delivery. Late orders are shipped the next business day.

Vanderwee is one of Australia’s pioneers in selling online since 2001. We proud ourselves on we do get your order ready within hours. 

Please be aware on peak moments, e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter orders are handled on a first in basis. Late orders will be prepared on the same day however due to the cut-off times that couriers have in place we may not always be able to ship your order out the same day. 

Also, please be aware that the freight compartments of planes at Sydney airport may be handling more parcels than they can transport. This may cause delays for parcels heading to Western Australia and South Australia.
Especially on peak moments, we strongly recommend to place your orders a couple of days earlier.

When the sender provides delivery instructions we suspect the couriers cannot meet, we preserve the right to decline the order. In such case payments offered via credit card will not be processed. However if the chosen payment method is PayPal, refunds issued will be deducted by the standard PayPal fee that PayPal charges to us.

If something went wrong, contact us within 7 working days after the delivery date and provide us with your order number so we can help you more accurately.

As we are shipping out parcels across Australia and beyond, it is a condition that disputes need to be mediated/resolved by a third party based in Sydney metro.
