Service at Vanderwee begins from the moment you place your order. Your gift of Vanderwee Chocolates is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition, if the recipient is at home at the time of delivery. Our packaging and shipping practices protect your order, even during the warmest Australian weather for 36 hours.
Order for delivery overnight Australia wide received after Thursday 3 pm are shipped out on Monday (for delivery on Tuesday morning) as there are no courier deliveries over weekends. We don’t want your gift of perishable chocolates stored in a non-climate controlled transit warehouse over weekends.

If, your order did not arrive in perfect condition, and if the recipient was at home when the courier presented the gift, here at Vanderwee we are on your side and will replace your order.
Our delivery service allow you maximum transparency, you will be sent a "status of your order reply" with a parcel tracking code for overnight/international shipping. This allows the sender of the order (usually you) to monitor when your gift left our premises and track its progress right up until delivery.
If the goods were received in a less than immaculate condition, you, or the recipient, must contact us as soon as possible and not later than 7 days after the requested delivery date.
