Orders received prior to 3.30 pm are shipped out the same business day for delivery the same or next business day.
(Two exceptions: as we don’t deliver pre-packed boxes, all orders are put together by hand on the premises. Volume or corporate orders of more than 50 boxes may require an extra preparation day. The second exception: depending on the delivery destination, we do hesitate, to ship out chocolates on Friday’s for overnight, next business delivery especially during the hotter months. While your order can leave on Friday’s, next business day delivery means that you gift might be stored in an interstate transit courier warehouse for delivery on Monday as there are no delivery services over weekends or public holidays. However, if it is a “life or death” issue that has to be delivered on a Monday, just mention it on the check out. Be aware that the gift might not be received as crisp as with our Monday to Thursday next business day deliveries.
Orders for delivery overseas can be placed on Fridays as they fly climate controlled over weekends.

If you have reason to believe that the recipient is not at home, please consider having your gift delivered to the recipient's business/work address instead.

All deliveries (except same day deliveries) are shipped out with parcel tracking codes; of witch the sender receives a copy via email. This allows the sender to monitor the status of the order online.
