Unlike soulless industrial made chocolates, artisan made Belgian chocolates are unique because of their exquisite soft centres.
To hold those “dreamy” subtle flavoured centres intact, our artisans often had to make use of larger moulds. Hence the average weight per chocolate used to be between 20 and 30 grams. However, our newest additions have now a weight between 10 to 15 grams and this makes it now affordable for quality conscious hotels, restaurants and caterers to introduce this unique range to their guests in an easy, fast and straightforward way.
The chocolates will come in tray boxes with a net weight of 1 kilo. (You’ll have approximately 85 chocolates per kilo box)
